The Asian Mixed Salad…spinach tossed with bell peppers, kula onion, cucumber, sesame oil marinated green beans, and a miso honey vinaigrette. Adaptations provides over 70% of our vegetables all grown locally here on Big Island.
Our famous whole fried wings from 50th State Poultry and breaded in our house seasoned flour(does contain gluten!). This week we have 3 different wing sauces for them to choose from… STRAWBERRY CHIPOTLE, SPICY LILIKOI BBQ or SMOKED PINEAPPLE.

Our all natural hormone free angus beef topped with Oyster Shrooms from Kaloko Farms, Lions Mane shrooms from Mermaid Mushrooms and Ali’i shrooms from Hamakua Mushroom Company!
Dressed with goat cheese for that tart flavor to counter the earthiness of the mushrooms, some grilled onions and veal aioli that we made with veal demi glace whipped into mayo for some real bursting beefy flavor. This burger is served on a torta roll with truffle fries!
6oz of seared local caught Ahi Steak, cooked med rare by default. I would not recommend this anywhere past medium. Served with sauteed local Bok Choy from Adaptations on top of a couscous that we have cooked with garlic, carrot juice, butter, and lap cheong sausage. The ahi steak will be glazed with a truffle unagi sauce, made in house from shoyu, truffle oil, sugar and mirin. Garnished with Micro Wasabi grown at Adaptations.
